  12. Press the Power button to select “Yes — delete all user data”.
  13. Wait for the completion.

Method 4: Hard reset your Essential PH-1 Using Find My Device

  1. Go to the Google Find My Device website on another device.
  2. Sign in using the same Google account you used on your Essential PH-1.
  3. Select your Essential PH-1 from the list of devices.
  4. Click on “Erase device” and then “Erase device” again to confirm.
